Lo afferma Standard & Poor’s in una nota.\u00a0Secondo S&P sono tre le “debolezze” che si presentano per le banche italiane: “hanno accumulato un grosso stock di crediti deteriorati”, soffrono di rigidit\u00e0 strutturali e scarsa efficienza, e sono molto frammentate e quindi in difficolt\u00e0 nel conseguire economie di scala. COn la riforma delle popolari, \u00e8 in arrivo secondo S&P una fase di “consolidamento fra banche regionali e locali” e nel 2016 le autorit\u00e0 dovrebbero riuscire a vendere le quattro ‘good bank’. La ripresa economica in rafforzamento “far\u00e0 bene” al settore bancario – scrive ancora l’agenzia di rating – soprattutto in termini di qualit\u00e0 degli attivi e capacit\u00e0 di generare utili, anche se solo gradualmente. E l’assicurazione (Gacs) lanciata dal governo per facilitare lo smaltimento delle sofferenze, “anche se positiva, difficilmente far\u00e0 ripulire velocemente i bilanci”.
